We do not sell pearls. We do not accept payment for recommending retailers or brands, and we do not publish sponsored placements or paid rankings. Where we mention that brand premiums do not buy better pearls, that reflects our reading of the market and not a commercial position.
We describe dyeing, bleaching, irradiation and other treatments plainly, because non-disclosure is the most common consumer problem in this trade. A treated pearl is not a fraudulent pearl — an undisclosed one is.
